Shipping Policy
We ship to the United States and selected international destinations. Processing usually takes 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout and may vary by destination and supplier.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Contact info@aivelmora.com before returning an item for instructions. Report damaged, defective or incorrect items within 7 days and include your order number and photos. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
